Privacy Policy
What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), the fleet, maintenance, inspection, cost and driver information your company enters, files you upload, and basic technical logs (sign-in times, IP address, browser type) used for security.
How we use it
Only to provide and secure the service, send the notifications you choose, process billing, and provide support. We do not sell your data.
Who can see it
People your company invites, according to the roles and permissions your administrator sets. Each company's data is isolated from every other company. Authorized CDLBoss platform administrators can access workspaces for support and operations; each access is logged in your company's audit log.
Document reading
When you drop an invoice or inspection report into CDLBoss and the AI reader is turned on, the file is sent to Anthropic's API to read the fields. Anthropic doesn't use API data to train its models. The file itself is stored only in your CDLBoss account.
Location
When someone uses Find a shop, the address they type or their device location is sent to our map provider (Google Maps or OpenStreetMap) to find nearby shops. CDLBoss does not store searched locations.
Payment information
Card payments are handled by Stripe. CDLBoss never receives or stores full card numbers.
Retention
Maintenance and inspection history is kept for as long as your account is active so you can meet record-keeping requirements. Contact us to close your account and request deletion.
